A combination of Ethiopian, Colombian and Guatemalan light to medium roasted washed Arabicas which are excellent across a number of brew options. As an espresso you get a lively acidity upfront, with notes of white nectarine, white grapes and grapefruit. With full cream milk based drinks the malt flavours dominate with poached pear, shortbread and a subtle milk chocolate sweetness finish.
